My Story
In 2020 I made a significant career transition, driven by a passion for teaching and helping others, I moved from the aviation industry into the world of education.
​
Initially working in the further education sector revealed to me a surprising reliance on outdated resources, methods, and the use of non-inclusive content to teach students. This discovery sparked a deep interest in learning design.

Missing the aviation industry, I joined a private aviation training company where I refined my skills in virtual and classroom facilitation for UK and international audiences. I also designed compliance training that was successfully audited by the Civil Aviation Authority.

​​​Throughout this journey, I saw how often learning experiences failed to cater to a diverse range of learners. Recognising the importance of accessibility and inclusivity, I moved into freelancing with a commitment to creating accessible and engaging learning solutions that are effective for all learners, regardless of background or ability.

My experience has given me a deep respect for process and quality assurance, and I've collaborated with a wide variety of clients across the private and public sectors. My work is characterised by a commitment to empowering every learner, and ensuring each learning solution is engaging, meaningful, and not just a tick-box exercise!​​
